3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who require home health care assistance. Allpoint Home Health Care reserves the right to refuse services to any individual if deemed necessary for health or safety reasons.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients or their legal representatives must provide accurate and complete information about their health condition and care needs. Any changes in health status must be reported immediately to Allpoint Home Health Care.
5. Payment & Billing
- Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Clients are responsible for any additional fees incurred due to changes in service requirements.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Clients must provide at least 30 days notice for service cancellations to avoid fees.
- Refunds for prepaid services are subject to review and approval by Allpoint Home Health Care.
7. Limitation of Liability
Allpoint Home Health Care and its employees are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use of our services unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We will not share personal or medical information without the client’s consent unless required by law.
9. Modification of Terms
Allpoint Home Health Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
